    The lab is a place for the projects that used to go sight unseen. It’s not a collection of links that point somewhere else without any reflection. It’s an attempt to close the feed reader and let the brain meander with the purpose to get lost on our own little island.

    The videos on the homepage are taken at our office in the 12-17 minutes when the sun prevents us from getting any work done. the superimposed weather information is the result of a quick google search that turned up a yahoo feed. the rss feed is not very reliable, which is why you will see ‘updating’ frequently. the zip code specified was 11201.

    we thought i’d be nice to associate different video vignettes with the weather and so we can simulate the seasons and different weather conditions… but then, who wants to see a rainy, dreary day? (Read: cheap excuse for saying: “we’ll never find the time!”)
